Refund Eligibility
- The refund request must be submitted within 5 days of the cleaning service date.
- Refunds are available if the cleaning service was not performed to the agreed standards or if there was a missed area that was reported promptly.
- Refunds are not available for dissatisfaction due to personal preference or changes made after the service was completed.
- Refunds do not cover services canceled by the client less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
How to Request a Refund

- Photos or evidence of the issue (if applicable)
Refund Process
Upon receiving your refund request, we will review the case within 3 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed through your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Requests made after 5 days from the service date.
- Dissatisfaction due to a change of mind or personal preference.
- Issues resulting from circumstances beyond our control (e.g., pets, damage caused prior to service).
- Services canceled with less than 24 hours notice by the client.
Service Correction Option
If you are not satisfied with our cleaning, we offer a free re-clean within 3 days of the original service as an alternative to a refund.
